Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy using individualized behaviour plans.
- Collect accurate behavioural and skill acquisition data.
- Implement BCBA/RBA-designed treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families and the clinical team.
- Prepare concise session notes using AI-assisted documentation tools.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Education or related field.
- Experience working with children with autism preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable transportation within Halton Region.
- CPR/First Aid and Vulnerable Sector Check (or willingness to obtain).
