MarkiTech is looking for a motivated, high-potential Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is specifically designed for a current Co-op student or a recent New Grad who is ready to transition from theory to practice.

The Role:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be the engine room of our daily marketing activities. You will work closely with the leadership team to execute multi-channel campaigns, manage our digital presence, and ensure our brand remains consistent and professional across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Execution: Draft, edit, and schedule high-quality content for LinkedIn, Twitter, and our corporate blog.
- Digital Coordination: Manage the backend of email marketing campaigns, ensuring lists are clean and deployments are on schedule.
- Brand Monitoring: Actively monitor social engagement and industry news to identify opportunities for MarkiTech to join the conversation.
- Sales Enablement: Assist in the creation of slide decks, one-pagers, and sales collateral to support our growth team.
- Reporting: Track and organize monthly performance metrics into digestible reports for the management team.
- Project Management: Maintain the internal marketing calendar and ensure all project assets are organized and accessible.
What We Are Looking For:
- Educational Background: A recent degree or current enrollment in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional professional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone to different audiences.
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Canva, Mailchimp, or Hootsuite) and a quick learning curve for new software.
- Proactive Mindset: You don’t wait for a manual; you look for ways to add value and streamline existing processes.
- Organization: The ability to manage multiple small tasks simultaneously without losing sight of deadlines.
